Koala Construction is a General Building Contractor specialised in a wide area within construction, such as Conservation and Restoration Works to Historical Buildings (Heritage), Offices, Industrial, Retail and Residential projects. Also we have involvement in various projects for UNESCO and the Upper Rock improvement in Gibraltar.
We are able to complete a wide range of job types including, but not exclusively to:

With a wealth of experience as the Main Contractor but also fitting into an existing team as a sub-contractor, we are adaptable to the various requirements of different projects. With our management team we follow the agreed programme of works to ensure that both time-scales and budgets are kept on track.
As a Main Contractor, Koala Construction has a solid grounding in project management of various sites and of subcontracting and managing to meet the requirements of all works. Where required we subcontract specialist contractors to ensure we meet the standards you expect from us.
